CAUSE OF DEATH - SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE

Candour Productions is looking for people to share their stories for a new series of the Channel 5 documentary Cause of Death, featuring leading forensic pathologist Dr Richard Shepherd.

We would like to hear from people across the UK whose experiences include:

• a loved one’s death where the cause was initially unclear or unexplained
• a post-mortem that revealed something unexpected
• an inquest or coronial investigation that uncovered new information
• a long or difficult search for answers about the death of someone close to you

The people who died and the families behind each case are at the heart of Cause of Death. Through the memories of those who knew them best, the series remembers their lives and explores what happened and the search for answers that followed.

If this reflects your experience and you would like to find out more, we would welcome an initial, confidential conversation. We understand that talking about a bereavement can be difficult. You do not have to decide whether to take part in the programme before getting in touch, and there is no obligation to do so.
