STV Studios Factual is looking for people to take part in The Yorkshire Auction House. Do you have unwanted antiques, heirlooms, or curios? Maybe you’d like to cash in on a collection? Perhaps you’re downsizing and need to make space before you move? Or have you inherited a loved one’s valuable belongings and would like help finding them a new home? We'd love to hear from you!

Auctioneer and presenter Angus Ashworth has been transforming his clients' unwanted items and collections into cash for 15 years. He travels the country, uncovering extraordinary treasures in everyday homes. Angus takes pride in his compassionate approach to house clearances, knowing the items he finds were once someone’s cherished possessions. Back at his saleroom, nestled near the beautiful North York Moors, Angus and his team delve into each item's history, verify the provenance of valuable heirlooms, and market them to potential buyers worldwide. On auction day, Angus picks up his gavel and works to secure the highest price for his clients. Anything of value could go under the gavel, and you may make a bit of cash along the way!
