This is an online show - it will be a remote virtual audience.
Radio 4 stalwart and 'People's Queen of Comedy' Sarah Millican
hosts a second series of her triumphantly received panel show for BBC Radio 4.
Elephant in the Room uses surveys on all subjects from childhood to work to daily rituals to cheese, as we work out who is the closest to, and furthest from, the national average - the most 'average Jolene or Joe'. Sarah will be asking our panellists questions like: age at which you had your first kiss, cheese preference, film you've watched the most times, and so on. The winner will be the most average. But joint winner will be the most different, the furthest from the norm.
Join Sarah and an excellent line up of panellists! It'll be like a dinner party but one where you know all the cutlery.
Ages 14 and over. The recording will last approximately one hour.
WHEN (Dates not appearing are now fully booked):
Tuesday 1st December - doors open at 7:00pm
Tuesday 15th December - doors open at 7:00pm
Tickets are very limited and we are counting on your attendance for the recording, so please only book if you are sure that you and your household can attend. You may apply for up to 6 tickets per household. We are very happy to welcome bigger groups of 4-6 to the recording, but please ensure that you do so within the current COVID national restrictions.
Successful applicants will also need a quiet environment in which to watch the show. Your reaction and laughter will be recorded, and the smallest noises (such as chatter or eating) can be picked up through the feed on your computer.
